Following the completion of an application you will be contacted by one of our team members who will get some information from you. We will be looking to find out what the best subscription plan would be for you or if a custom one will need to be created. From there you will get some paperwork and join our Lost Boys network of culinary creators. We will give you a log in, a fob and then you can go to our scheduler and book your first prep/cooking session.
Once logged in you can navigate to the available prep and/or cook stations and see what hours are remaining. With so many options available we often find that people have little to no trouble getting their desired time slot. You will then select the time and station you’d like and then you’re all set! Just show up to the space and swipe you fob to get in and you will be ready to get cooking.
