We understand that you may have an event on Christmas morning or be catering a midnight party, and you may need access to do your prep and cooking at any time. Fortunately, The Lost Boys Kitchen will be open 24/7, 365 days a year! Thanks to our unique access control and booking system, you can make your culinary dreams come true whether it’s noon on Monday or midnight on Saturday.
We have 18 prep stations where you will be able to enjoy a spacious, clean, and comfortable environment for preparing your food. You can use the station to immediately prepare your food within our facility or prepare it on the premises where you plan to serve it.
Each prep station equipped with a 3-foot by 6-foot stainless steel workstation, and you will have access to electricity if you need any small kitchen appliances such as mixers or food processors. Additionally, you will have access to an expansive dish station to ensure that you are ready to prep again and again for future events.
We have set aside a station larger than the others, complete with on-site plumbing and an extended run of countertop, specifically for our packaged goods vendors. We understand that when preparing packaged goods, a regular prep station may not be sufficient for achieving the final form of your product. Therefore, we are offering this solution to address your unique needs.
Our facility feature one walk-in cooler with up to 2,200 cubic feet of space available for rent. Additionally, the facility will host an expansive dry goods storage area, which will allow users to keep their goods on site and ready to be prepped, cooked, refrigerated, and served.
We have four cook stations, each equipped with a griddle, oven, and range. Additionally, each station will feature one special equipment item, such as a fryer, dehydrator, or full-height baker’s oven.
We have five bake stations that are designed to efficiently handle a wide range of baked goods and ensure that each item is baked to perfection. Whether you're baking bread, pastries, bagels, or cakes, our state-of-the-art baking stations have got you covered.
We plan to accommodate up to 6 food trucks or mobile service vendor vehicles in our adjacent parking area. Being in a down town area we understand that users may want to set up shop and capitalize on the foot traffic and we would welcome that! 2 of our parking spaces will have charging stations for the vehicles parked there.
